Wish there was an option to convince him you're not actually I spy (I wasn't, only spoke to the Tchort leader in DC to understand the situation better). Unfortunate I spoke to the Tchort leader first and when he mindread me he believed I was a spy. Yeah, the Faceless Commander does give out lots of information - if he doesn't kill you. Some people like that, other hate it, in any case that's that kind of game. Occulus too helps to get the grand picture. except at the end, whin the Faceless commander and I.R.I.S. Originally posted by Voroff: for lore researching : it's that kind of game where you have to explore more than the railroad to find answers, and even then you are left wandering for things. Like, the big one on his throne in hell, not a lambda sub-demon. One monolith in core city only accessible when siding the praetorian sec', if you side with any of the two others you'll miss it.īTW, Tchort mean "Devil" in alot of slavic languages. If you want ALL the lore, you gonna have a character with persuation, hacking and psy powers with you Will stat >8. "Why" the monoliths are in underrail thought, we never knew. Six is an alien in every sense of the term, and the monoliths are "linked" to his kind. At least the same evolutionnary path via mutagens. brother of Tchort in the expedition DLC btw. That, the Faceless commander will say it if you manage not to pi** them off during your play. Nevertheless, it's a very fun and challenging game, set in a very interesting world. Learning it all from one playthrough - I salute you! For those who know so much about the lore, did you learn all of this from one playthrough? Learning it all over multiple playthroughs I can understand. I've always read and hacked all terminals, but it's not always easy to discern between fluff and useful information, plus sometimes you're not in the mood to absorb all the information. I then wanted some answers (to confirm who Tchort is, the nature of Six etc) and I got answers from steam forums, Reddit, Underrail forums and the wiki.ġ) Is there one centralised place where the whole plot and lore is explained? I only didn't visit the Occulus, but I didn't know anything about the Godsmen, no clue that Ezra was Anton Matveev, when Tchort mentioned that he wasn't expecting me but was expecting the "High One" I thought it was just big words (and not actually refering to Six, wouldn't be able to make a connection between Six and High One), I never understood any of the monolith visions (I'm not able to tell if what I'm experiencing is real and it's not always clear what the vision is about), and some bunch of other interesting information. I've just finished the game including dlc expedition, and it was a blast.
